My leadership style is visionary. I inspire and motivate my teams to achieve a shared vision. We set clear, long-term goals and embrace change to reach them. I encourage innovative thinking and foster a collaborative environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute their
unique perspectives.
I believe in leading by example, demonstrating a strong
work ethic and unwavering commitment to our goals. I maintain open communication, actively listening to
feedback, and providing guidance and support when
needed. By focusing on the big picture and empowering
my team, I believe we can achieve great things together.







5&2 Trade School Annual Clay Shoot
W.M. Warr & Son, Inc. supports 5&2 Trade School in their annual fundraising clay shoot event. The non-profit is currently transforming Anson Correctional into a trade school for underprivileged children. Located in Anson County, the non-profit currently offers a welding program but is working towards supporting students through auto tech, digital arts, agriculture and culinary programs.

Demo Days

The event provided valuable insight into innovative equipment solutions, performance capabilities, and emerging industry trends that help improve efficiency, precision, and job site productivity.

In addition to equipment demonstrations and product showcases, W.M.
