Founder of W.M. Warr & Son, Inc., he was a husband, father, brother, grandfather, and mentor. A self-made man whose relentless work ethic and deep knowledge of the sitework industry were second to none. We are forever indebted to him for his decision to incorporate W.M. Warr & Son, Inc.
On December 7, 1984, with an initial investment of $5,000, establishing a strong foundation that has been built upon year after year. His experience, quick wit, and unwavering integrity will always be missed, and he will forever remain in our hearts.

Founded in 1984 by Mike Warr, the company began as a small erosion control business focused solely on installing silt fence. From the very beginning, our reputation was built on quality work, reliability, competitive pricing, and doing right by our clients. As contractors and developers continued to trust our team, they also encouraged us to grow. Little by little, we expanded our services to meet their evolving needs.
In 1995, Mike passed the reins to his son, Michael Warr. Years later, Michael’s wife, Kimberly, joined the company to help lead daily operations and continue building on the foundation Mike created. Today, the next generation daughters Kailee and Landyn Warr are also part of the company, continuing the family legacy and helping shape the future of W.M. Warr & Son, Inc.
Today, W.M. Warr & Son, Inc. proudly provides full-service site development solutions, managing every phase of the sitework process with the same commitment to integrity, hard work, and family values that started it all.
