My leadership style is visionary. I inspire and motivate my teams to achieve a shared vision. We set clear, long-term goals and embrace change to reach them. I encourage innovative thinking and foster a collaborative environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
I believe in leading by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to our goals. I maintain open communication, actively listening to feedback, and providing guidance and support when needed. By focusing on the big picture and empowering my team, I believe we can achieve great things together.
5&2 Trade School Annual Clay Shoot
Each year, W.M. Warr hosts a clay shooting event for the 5 and 2 Training Institute, supporting their mission to provide hands-on education, practical skills, and a safe, empowering environment for children affected by parental incarceration.
W.M. Warr & Son, Inc. is committed to the transformation of the former Lanesboro Correctional Institution into the new 5&2 Trade School in Anson County, North Carolina. This impactful project focuses on providing trade education and career opportunities for students with incarcerated parents, helping create brighter futures through hands-on learning and skilled trades training.
