Shinnville Creek is an 85-acre single-family residential community located in Mooresville, North Carolina, consisting of 247 homes. Construction began in November 2025, marking another large-scale development where our team delivered full-site preparation from the ground up.

This project required detailed planning and steady execution to keep pace with construction demands while maintaining quality across the entire site. Our work included land clearing, mass grading, utility installation, erosion control, and road base preparation, ensuring each phase was ready for vertical construction as scheduled.
