Richburg is a large-scale, 291-acre residential development located in Chester County, South Carolina, featuring 400 single-family homes. Launched in August 2024, this project demonstrates our ability to manage high-volume sitework operations while maintaining strict project timelines.

Due to the size and pace of development, multiple crews were deployed and coordinated simultaneously to ensure efficiency and progress across all areas of the site. Our scope included comprehensive site development services, from clearing and grading to utility installation, erosion control, and roadway preparation.
